Free website auditContent & SEOinffits.com · October 2026

The evidence exists. International buyers can’t see it yet.

We audited inffits.com as an overseas buyer would read it. infFITS has named customers, published results and patented technology, but most of it is only legible in Chinese. This free audit sets out what we found on the website, and the content and SEO work we would suggest to fix it.

What this covers

One audit, and two pieces of work that follow from it.

The audit

Website

A review of the homepage, the three solution pages, the customer story and the trial form: what an international buyer sees, where they get stuck, and how the pages should be redesigned.

Parts 01–04
Proposed work

Content

An English case study built from your existing SHIRT LIFE story, clearer solution-page copy, full English localisation and evidence behind every claim.

Parts 05–06
Proposed work

SEO & AI search

A technical audit, validation of real search demand in the UK, EU and US, and pages structured so search engines and AI assistants can read and cite them.

Part 05

At a glance

What a buyer can find on inffits.com, by language.

Observed on inffits.com in October 2026. This is an outside-in review: nothing here reflects internal data, and items may have changed since.

01The opportunity

Better proof, clearer design, easier discovery. In that order.

The highest-value first step is not more content. It is turning the assets infFITS already has into a buyer journey that someone outside Taiwan can evaluate and trust.

30%Conversion upliftClaimed on the infFITS homepage
15%Reduction in returnsClaimed on the infFITS homepage

These are infFITS marketing claims. Sample, timeframe, baseline and attribution need confirming before they are presented as verified outcomes.

02Website audit

Five specific things we found on your website, each with a source.

Every finding links to the page where we observed it, so you can check our reading against your own.

High priority

Your strongest customer story has no English version.

The SHIRT LIFE story sets out the business challenge, the solution and three reported outcomes. The English address for the same story serves the Chinese article, and the English Size AI page carries only a one-line reference. International buyers get far less to evaluate.

What we would do

Produce one permissioned English case study with a clear method note, and link it from the Size AI page and the trial request.

High priority

The English virtual fitting flow still instructs users in Chinese.

On the English virtual fitting page, the step labels, upload guidance and the consent line are in Chinese. This is the point where a shopper is asked to upload a full-body photograph, so it is where clarity matters most.

What we would do

Localise the whole flow, review the consent and 24-hour deletion wording with your product and legal teams, and test it on phones and desktops.

Worth checking

The trial request form is built for a Taiwanese buyer.

The English form asks for a LINE ID and has an unlabelled selector that exposed “No data” in our session. At tablet width, the form overlapped the page heading. We have not confirmed whether this affects every browser or blocks submission.

What we would do

Test the form end to end, confirm where enquiries are routed, and separate a quick demo request from a full trial onboarding.

High priority

The headline results arrive without any measurement context.

The homepage promises gains in conversion, returns and order value, with no sample, timeframe, baseline or attribution nearby. Enterprise buyers and investors discount figures they cannot trace.

What we would do

Build an approved evidence register and tie each claim to a customer story or a method note. Unverified figures stay labelled as reported, never as guaranteed.

Medium priority

Benefits are easy to find. Implementation detail is not.

The English solution pages describe benefits and usage examples. A buyer still cannot see which platforms are supported, what data is required or how long setup takes without booking a call.

What we would do

Redesign the solution pages around real product media, implementation questions, supported integrations, relevant proof and one clear next step.

03Design & conversion

Design around the questions buyers actually ask.

A modern layout does not sell software on its own. The site has to make the product, the evidence and the next step obvious.

Current headline
“Smart E-Commerce, Starts Here.”

Broad positioning. It does not say what problem is solved or why a retailer should evaluate this vendor over another.

05Content, SEO & AI search

Content that supports a buying decision, not a publishing schedule.

The strongest content asset may already exist. Before commissioning anything new, we would turn the SHIRT LIFE story into English-language commercial proof.

31%Improvement in product selection rateReported in the SHIRT LIFE story
70%Of customers ordered after a size recommendationReported in the SHIRT LIFE story
30%Reduction in returnsReported in the SHIRT LIFE story

Company-published figures from the first two months after adoption. Scope, denominators, dates, attribution and client permission all need confirming.

Commercial pages

Clarify the size recommendation solution: implementation, integrations, the questions buyers ask and proof that can be demonstrated.

Search-led content

Validate real UK, EU and US demand for topics such as returns reduction, fit uncertainty and sizing software before any article is commissioned.

AI-readable evidence

Strengthen consistent product definitions, technical detail, original proof and third-party corroboration. We do not promise citations in AI answers.

Already in place

  • Language alternates for Chinese and English
  • Organisation and page structured data
  • An llms.txt summary for AI crawlers

Not yet verified

  • Rankings and Search Console trends
  • Core Web Vitals
  • A full crawl of both language versions

Items on the right are discovery-stage checks that need access. They are not confirmed defects.

06International credibility

The same proof serves retailers, partners and investors.

Each audience asks a version of the same question: can this be verified? Three areas decide the answer.

Illustration of a dotted globe with connection lines between regions

Technology

Confirm the U.S. and Taiwan patent claims, who legally owns them, and how the protected inventions relate to today’s products.

Commercial traction

Explain what the transaction count and conversion outcomes actually measure, and publish approved customer examples with context.

International trust

Set out leadership, integrations, support coverage, privacy and data processing in the form an overseas procurement team expects.

This is a public credibility review. It is not legal due diligence or investment advice. Financial and ownership materials belong in a controlled investor data room.

07The Radence approach

Fix credibility and conversion first. Scale discovery once they work.

A modular sequence, so you are not paying for traffic before a prospect can confidently assess the product.

Website & conversion sprint

  • Positioning and homepage
  • Priority page design
  • English localisation
  • Proof presentation
  • Trial form review and mobile testing

OutcomeA clearer buying experience.

Phase 02

Search & authority foundations

08Questions worth answering

What we need to validate together.

Your answers to these four questions would change what we recommend.

Which solution is the highest commercial priority?

Size AI, product recommendations and virtual fitting are likely to have different margins, sales cycles and buyers. We would prioritise by actual commercial performance, not by what is newest.

Can the performance claims be independently supported?

We need the measurement methods, dates, baselines and customer permissions, and what the one-million-transactions figure counts.

Which integrations and support promises are real today?

Before anything is published, we would confirm live platform integrations, implementation requirements, service levels, privacy safeguards and the regions you can support.

Which geography and route to market comes first?

The UK, EU and US have different buyers, competitors and compliance requirements. One validated customer segment and one entry channel is more actionable than broad expansion on three fronts.

A practical next step

Make the existing story work harder before paying to amplify it.

Radence can turn the highest-value findings into a phased website, search and content programme, sized to infFITS’s real priorities and resources.
